Bulk uploading users allows administrators to quickly add multiple users to the Wellness360 platform, making the enrollment process faster and more efficient.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to import users using the Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your organization’s Wellness360 Admin Portal and log in using your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Download the Eligibility File Template
Navigate to Admin Dashboard → User Management → Eligible Records
Click Download CSV File (located in the top-right corner)
Save the Eligibility Template to your computer
Step 3: Prepare Your User Data
Open the downloaded file using a spreadsheet tool such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Enter the required user details, including:
Full Name
Email Address
Role
Department
Any additional required fields
Ensure all mandatory fields are completed and formatted correctly
Save the file in CSV format
Step 4: Upload the CSV File
Return to Admin Dashboard → User Management → Eligible Records
Click Upload CSV File
Select Click to Upload CSV File and choose your prepared file
Once uploaded, click Upload Eligibility Data to begin processing
Step 5: Verify Imported Users
Navigate to User Management → Eligible Records
Use the search or filter options to locate the newly added users
Confirm that all records have been imported successfully
Note: It may take a few minutes for the system to reflect newly uploaded users.
Additional Tips
Use filters such as Active/Inactive Users, Member Types, and Registration Status to quickly locate users
Double-check email formats and required fields to avoid upload errors
