Your health changes over time, and your Health Risk Assessment is designed to keep pace. Retaking it lets you measure progress and keep your recommendations relevant. Best of all, you won't start from scratch, as your previous answers are pre-filled so you can review and update only what's changed.
Retaking Your Assessment
1. Check How Often You Can Retake
The retake cadence is set by your employer. Some programs invite you to take your HRA once, others more than once. If you're not sure how many times you can take yours, check your program details or reach out to your program administrator.
2. Start a New Assessment
Go to Health → Health Assessment and start a new assessment, just as you did the first time.
3. Review Your Pre-Filled Answers
Your questionnaire comes pre-filled with your previous answers. Simply review each response, update anything that has changed, and make only the necessary changes. This makes retaking your HRA much faster than the first time.
4. Submit and Compare
Once you submit, Wellness360 shows you a side-by-side comparison between your latest results and your previous assessment. This lets you see exactly which categories improved, which held steady, and where to focus next.
Earning Points for Improvement
If your employer has enabled more than one assessment, they may also choose to award points for improving your HRA outcome, not just for completing it. Whether this is offered, and how many points, is up to your employer's program configuration.
Accessing Your Past Reports
You can download any of your previous assessments at any time by clicking Download Results at the top and selecting the HRA (By date) you want. Your results will be downloaded as a PDF report.
