The Branding Settings in the Wellness360 Admin Platform allow administrators to customize the look and feel of the platform to reflect their organization's identity. This includes setting a custom URL, uploading a company logo, configuring brand colors, and personalizing the login experience for employees.

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to configure your organization's branding in Wellness360.


Steps to Configure Company Branding in Wellness360

Step 1: Log into the Admin Platform

Step 2: Navigate to Branding Settings

  • From the left-side navigation menu, click on Settings.

  • Under the General section, select Branding to access the Company Branding page.

Step 3: Set Your Custom URL Slug

  • In the Identity section, locate the Custom URL Slug field.

  • Enter a unique identifier for your organization.

  • This will form your organization's unique registration and Login URL in the format: https://app.wellness360.co/register/[slug]

Note: The URL slug must be unique to your organization. Once set, share this URL with employees so they can access the correct login page.

Step 4: Upload Your Company Logo

  • In the Company Logo field, you can either:

  • Enter a direct URL to your company logo, or

  • Click the upload icon to upload an image directly from your device.

  • Once uploaded, the logo will appear on the employee-facing login page as shown in the Live Preview.

Tip: Use a high-resolution logo in PNG or SVG format with a transparent background for the best visual result. Uploading a new image will replace any previously uploaded Image.

Step 5: Set Your Primary Brand Color

  • In the Appearance section, locate the Primary Brand Color field.

  • Enter a HEX color code (for example: #3F78C1) to match your organization's brand.

  • A color swatch preview will display next to the field to confirm your selection.

  • The Preview section shows how the color will appear on the Primary Button and Secondary Button elements across the platform.

Step 6: Upload a Login Background Image

  • In the Login Background Image field, Click the upload icon to upload a custom image from your device.

  • This image will appear as the background on the employee login screen.

  • If left empty, the platform will display the default Wellness360 illustration.


Step 7: Configure the Registration Help Message

  • In the Registration Help Message field, enter a custom message that will be displayed to employees on the registration page.

  • This is useful for directing employees to the right contact for registration support (for example: Need Help? Mail us to [email protected]).

  • The field supports up to 500 characters. If left empty, the platform's default message will be displayed.

Step 8: Save Your Changes

  • Once all branding configurations have been completed, click the Save Changes button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • An Unsaved changes indicator will appear whenever there are pending updates. Make sure to save before navigating away.

  • After saving, the changes will take effect immediately on the employee-facing login and registration pages.

Note: You can return to Settings → Branding at any time to update your organization's branding as needed.
