Customize the platform to your Brand

Refreshing your platform’s look makes every touchpoint feel on‑brand. Follow this step‑by‑step guide to update the Branding settings in your Wellness360 Admin Portal.

  1. Access the Branding Setup

    • In the Admin Portal, navigate to Setup.

    • In the Onboarding list, locate Branding Setup.

    • Click Complete Now to open the Branding page.

  2. Branding Customization Options


    On the Branding page, you can make these updates:

    • Upload Logo and Favicon

      • Click Choose File in each section to upload:

        • Your company Logo

        • A Favicon (small browser‑tab icon)

        • A visually appealing Login‑page Image for a branded sign‑in experience

      • File requirements: JPG format only, 500 × 500 px, maximum 500 KB.

    • Customize the Access URL

      • Modify the login URL to include your company name for a seamless user experience.

    • Set Page Title and Footer Text

      • Define the browser‑tab Page Title.

      • Enter any Footer Text (e.g., legal disclaimers or company information).

    • Update Support Details

      • Change the Support Portal Link to direct users to your preferred help center.

      • Enter a Support Email Address so users can easily request assistance.

    • Select the Platform Theme

      • Choose a Theme that matches your company’s branding style.

  3. Save Your Changes

    • After making all desired modifications, click Save.

    • Your new branding settings will be applied across the platform.
