Follow the step-by-step instructions below to connect your HR system with Wellness360 and ensure a smooth and reliable data synchronization process.


Steps to Integrate BambooHR into Wellness360

Step 1: Log into the Admin Platform

Step 2: Initiate HRIS Integration

  • Open the Settings section.

  • Select HRIS Integration to access the HRIS Integration page.

  • Click on Connect HRIS and then click on Continue to Connect.

  • A search box will appear where you can search for and select your HRIS provider.

Can’t find your HRIS provider?

If your HRIS provider does not appear in the search list, please contact our Support team at [email protected] with the name of your HR system. Our team will review the request and guide you on the available integration options.

Step 3: Authenticate Your HRIS Account

After selecting your HRIS provider, you will need to authenticate your account by entering the required credentials.

The required details may vary depending on the HRIS provider, but commonly include:

  • Company Domain / Subdomain

  • API Key or Access Token

  • Client ID / Client Secret

  • Tenant ID

  • Account Identifier

Enter the credentials provided by your HRIS provider to authorize the connection.

Step 4: Save the Connection

After entering the required credentials:

  • Click Save.

  • Once the credentials are validated, the connection status will change from Unauthorized to Connected.

Step 5: Confirm Integration and Data Sync

Once the connection is successfully established:

  • Employee data from your HRIS will begin syncing automatically with the Wellness360 platform.

  • The integration status will update on the HRIS Integration page in the Admin Portal.

  • The status will indicate whether the connection is authorized and active.

You can return to Settings → HRIS Integration anytime to view the connection status and confirm that the data synchronization is working correctly.
