Merchandise items provide an engaging way for users to redeem their accumulated reward points. As an admin, you can add custom merchandise like branded apparel, wellness gadgets, or any other beneficial item to the Rewards portal.
Follow the Steps Below to add custom merchandise:
Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Enter your credentials and click Login.
Navigate to Resources
From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Rewards Mall
Click on Swag Store to open the merchandise management page.
You will see a list of all the merchandise.
Add Merchandise
On the Merchandise page, click +Add at the top right.
A form will appear, prompting you to enter item details.
Enter Merchandise Details
Item Name: Provide a name that clearly identifies the product.
Description: Give a brief overview of the product’s benefits or usage.
Type: Indicate whether you want to use Amount/ Points (if you are aware of the equivalent point value to the price of the item) to redeem the item.
Points/Amount: Enter points/amount to redeem the item
Redemption limit: Enter the Redemption limit for the item. Redemption limit is the number of times an item can be redeemed within the program year of the reward campaign.
Total in Inventory: Enter the number of the particular item available in the inventory.
Item Image: Attach an image (recommended) of the item for more clarity to users.
Note: Only JPG and PNG files are supported.
Save the Item
Review the information you entered.
Click SAVE to finalize the addition to the Merchandise page.
