Reward summary helps to gain a holistic understanding of how users can benefit from your reward campaigns and associated wellness programs. You can develop an understanding of what users are redeeming, while also knowing where they're earning points.
Follow the Steps Below to access the Rewards Summary from the Admin portal:
Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Enter your credentials and click Login.
Navigate to Rewards Summary
From the left-side menu, select Rewards>Rewards Summary
You will see a list of all users, along with their respective points earned.
Understanding the Rewards Summary
User data:
Emp ID: This is the employee ID provided to the user by the company.
Name: Provides the name of the user
Email: Provides the registered email of the user
Rewards data:
Total points earned: Provides the points earned by the user through various wellness programs and activities as a part of the rewards campaign
Total Amount earned: Provides the monetary amount earned through the reward campaign.
Total Amount redeemed: Provides the monetary amount redeemed by the user by attaining various levels.
Highest level reached: Represents the level reached by the user by gaining points/amounts that were set by the admin during the reward campaign
Accessing a particular user's information
Click on the row of the user you want more information about.
This should open a slider that contains information about the user's Level, Total points earned, Total amount earned, and Total amount redeemed.
On clicking Total points Earned, you can find a list of logs that provide information about the Activity Name, the Points earned through that activity, and Date on which these points were earned.
This provides a comprehensive list of all points earned by the user that sum up to the Total Points Earned.
