How to Track Merchanise Orders Placed

The Admin Portal provides multiple ways to track and review user redemption orders, whether they’re for Gift Cards or merchandise. By monitoring orders, you can stay informed about:

  • Which users redeemed rewards

  • The Order amount, date, and status

  • What reward items did they choose

Follow the Steps Below to track orders:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal

    • Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.

    • Enter your credentials and click Login.

  2. Navigate to Rewards

    • From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Order History

    • Click on Merchandise Orders to open the merchandise orders page.

    • You will see a list of all the merchandise ordered.

  3. Manage Merchandise Orders

    • This page shows:

      • Order Status (newly placed, in process, or delivered)

      • Order Placed Date

      • User Details (Name, Email)

      • Points/Amount spent

      • You can adjust the date filters to see orders within a specific time frame by setting Start date, End date and click on Apply.

    • Orders can be deleted by clicking on Delete and confirm the same.

    • You can click on Update to update the status of a particular order from In progress to Completed based on the current status of the order.


    • You can Preview the Order as shown below to view the order details along with the shipping address
