Access Gift Card Settings

The Gift Card Settings section allows you to configure eGift Card redemptions, register or update payment methods, add funds, and control which cards users can see.


Follow These Steps to Enable or Disable Gift Cards

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal

    • Navigate to your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.

    • Enter your credentials and click Login.

  2. Open the Rewards Mall

    • From the left‑side menu, select RewardsRewards Mall.

    • Click Gift Cards to open the management page.

  3. View Your Gift Cards

    • A list of all available eGift Cards appears.

    • To see redeemed amounts and current balances, click the Settings widget at the top right.




  4. Add Funds to Your Account

    • In the Settings pop‑up, follow the funding instructions to add money.

    • Once funded, the Account Summary automatically updates as users redeem cards.

  5. Set Low‑Balance Alerts

    • Still in the Settings pop‑up, specify a Minimum Amount for low‑balance alerts.

    • You’ll receive an email notification whenever the account balance falls below this threshold.
