1. Log into your Wellness360 mobile app and navigate to the On Demand section from the bottom menu bar and then click on Online courses.
Wellness360 > On Demand > Online Courses
2. Choose from the different courses and click on 'Go To Course' to enter the course.
3. Click on 'Continue' to begin the online course.
You can now access your online courses and manage them from your mobile using the Wellness360 mobile app.
