Connecting your Fitbit account to Wellness360 allows your activity data — such as steps, workouts, calories burned, distance, heart rate, and sleep (if enabled) — to sync automatically to your Wellness360 profile.
Once connected, your data will update automatically whenever your Fitbit app syncs.
Connecting Fitbit from the Web Portal (Desktop)
If you are using Wellness360 on a browser:
1. Log in to your Wellness360 account
Open your Wellness360 web portal and sign in with your credentials.
2. Navigate to Apps & Devices
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Apps & Devices.
This page shows all available fitness apps and devices that can be connected.
3. Select Fitbit
Under the Activity Tracker section, locate Fitbit and click Connect.
You will be redirected to the official Fitbit login page.
4. Sign in to your Fitbit account
Enter your Fitbit email and password, or choose Continue with Google if your Fitbit account is linked to Google.
5. Grant permission
Fitbit will display the list of data Wellness360 is requesting access to.
Click Allow to authorize the connection.
This permission is required to securely sync your activity data to Wellness360.
6. Confirmation
Once approved, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your device has been successfully connected.
You will then be redirected back to the Apps & Devices page, where Fitbit will now show as Connected.
Your Fitbit data will begin syncing automatically.
Connecting Fitbit from the Mobile App
If you are using the Wellness360 mobile app:
1. Open the Wellness360 app
2. Go to Apps & Devices
Once logged in:
This section displays all available fitness apps and devices that can be connected to your Wellness360 account.
3. Enable Fitbit
Under the Available Devices section, locate Fitbit and tap ON the Toggle Switch.
You will be redirected to Fitbit’s secure login page within your mobile browser or an in-app browser window.
4. Sign in to Your Fitbit Account
Enter your Fitbit email address and password.
If your Fitbit account is linked to Google, you may also choose Continue with Google.
Make sure you are signing in with the correct Fitbit account that tracks your activity data.
5. Allow access
After signing in, Fitbit will display a list of data permissions that Wellness360 is requesting (such as activity, heart rate, sleep, etc.).
Tap Allow to authorize the connection.
Granting permission is required for Wellness360 to securely access and sync your activity data.
6. Connection Confirmation
Once authorization is successful:
You will be redirected back to the Wellness360 app.
Fitbit will now appear as Connected under Apps & Devices.
Your Fitbit data will begin syncing automatically.
What Happens Next?
Your Fitbit app must sync first before data updates in Wellness360.
Initial sync may take a few minutes.
You do not need to reconnect each time — syncing will happen automatically in the background once connected.
