Connecting your Strava account to Wellness360 allows your activity data such as Steps, workouts, distance, and calories burned to sync automatically to your Wellness360 profile.
Once connected, your Strava activities will sync automatically whenever your Strava account updates.
Connecting Strava from the Web Portal (Desktop)
If you are using Wellness360 on a browser:
1. Log in to your Wellness360 account
Open your Wellness360 web portal and sign in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Apps & Devices
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select Apps & Devices.
This page displays all available fitness apps and devices that can be connected to your Wellness360 account.
3. Select Strava
Under the Activity Tracker section, locate Strava and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Strava’s secure login and authorization page.
4. Sign in to your Strava account
Enter your Strava email address and password to continue.
Make sure you are signing in with the correct Strava account associated with your activity data.
5. Grant permission
Strava will display the list of permissions Wellness360 is requesting access to.
Click Authorize to grant access and complete the connection.
Granting permission is required for Wellness360 to securely sync your activity data from Strava.
6. Confirmation
Once authorization is successful:
You will see a confirmation message indicating that Strava has been connected successfully.
You will then be redirected back to the Apps & Devices page, where Strava will now appear as Connected.
Your Strava activity data will begin syncing automatically.
Connecting Strava from the Mobile App
If you are using the Wellness360 mobile app:
1. Open the Wellness360 app
Note: If you haven’t installed the Wellness360 app yet, scan the QR code below or click on the link to download the app on your Android or iOS device.
2. Go to Apps & Devices
Once logged in:
Tap on the More Menu located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Select Apps & Devices from the menu.
This section displays all available fitness apps and devices that can be connected to your Wellness360 account.
3. Enable Strava
Under the Available Devices section, locate Strava and turn ON the toggle switch.
You will be redirected to Strava’s secure login page within your mobile browser.
4. Sign in to your Strava account
Enter your Strava email address and password to continue.
Make sure you are signing in with the correct Strava account associated with your activities and workouts.
5. Allow access
Strava will display the permissions Wellness360 is requesting access to.
Tap Authorize to grant the required permissions and complete the connection.
Granting permission is required for Wellness360 to securely sync your Strava activity data.
6. Connection Confirmation
Once authorization is successful:
You will be redirected back to the Wellness360 app.
Strava will now appear as Connected under Apps & Devices.
Your Strava activity data will begin syncing automatically.
Having Trouble Connecting Strava?
If Strava does not appear as connected or your activity data is not syncing, try the following:
Log out of the Wellness360 app and log back in
Disconnect Strava from Apps & Devices and reconnect it
Open the Strava app and ensure your activities have synced recently
Verify that you granted all required permissions during authorization
