Distribution lists in AdminV2 help streamline communication across user groups. This guide will walk you through how to edit, view, download, or delete a distribution list with ease.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the Distribution List page under the User Management section.

  2. Locate the distribution list you'd like to manage.

  3. Click the three horizontal dots icon under the Action column for the selected list.

A pop-up will appear with the following options:

  1. Edit

    • Click Edit to open a pop-up window where you can update the distribution list details.
      ​

  2. View

    • Click View to see all users within the list.

    • To add a user, click the Add User icon and enter the user's details.

    • To remove a user, click the Delete icon next to their name and confirm the deletion in the pop-up.
      ​

  3. Download

    • Click Download to export the distribution list as a CSV file containing user names and email addresses.
      ​

  4. Delete

    • Click Delete and Confirm the action in the confirmation pop-up to remove the distribution list from the system.
