Wellness360 promotes health, fitness, and wellness for employers, employees, and their dependents to create a more positive and productive workplace. The program includes various activities, challenges, and events to make wellness engaging and rewarding. Participants can earn reward points that can be redeemed for e-gift cards or sponsored merchandise.

2. What Is A Wellness360 Account?

When a company enrolls in Wellness360, registered employees and their dependents receive personal wellness accounts.

  • Users: Track activities, events, notifications, challenges, and progress.

  • Admins: Manage activities, notifications, announcements, and monitor user participation.

3. How Can I Add My Spouse Or A Dependent To The Wellness Program?

  • Contact your administrator to enable the option.

  • Once approved, go to User Settings > Manage Dependents and click ADD.

  • Enter the required details, and an invitation email will be sent to the dependent.

4. Why should I Take A Health Risk Assessment (HRA)?

The HRA helps assess your wellness through a questionnaire covering physical activity, nutrition, and medical history. It generates a Wellness Score, allowing admins to assign personalized health activities and challenges.

5. As A User, How Can I Start With My HRA, Biometric, etc.?

  • Click ONBOARDING CHECKLIST on your dashboard.

  • Complete the HRA questionnaire and enter biometric details (height, weight, etc.).

  • A Wellness Score will be generated upon completion.

  • Earn reward points for completing assessments and submitting reports.

6. How can I Track my Health & Fitness Progress?

  • Manual Logging: Enter activity details manually in your account.

  • Fitness Device Sync: Connect supported devices like Fitbit, S Health, or Google Fit for automatic tracking.

7. How Do I Sync My Fitness Device?

  • Go to “Apps and Devices” on your dashboard.

  • Select your fitness tracker and follow the steps to sync.

8. How Can I Connect My Apple Watch to The Wellness360 Platform?

  • Click “Apps and Devices” on your dashboard.

  • Follow the instructions mentioned in the attached article to successfully connect your Apple watch.

9. What If My Tracking Device Gets Disconnected?

  • Once the user gets notified about it, the user can reconnect the device by logging into their Wellness user account, navigating to the Apps & Devices section under User Settings, enabling the relevant fitness device, and following the next steps accordingly to reconnect the fitness device to the Wellness platform.

10. Can I Track My Progress Without a Wearable Device?

Yes! You can:

  • Use compatible apps (found under User Settings > Apps & Devices).

  • iPhone users can use Apple HealthKit for tracking steps and activity.

11. Is There a Mobile App for Wellness360?

Yes! Download Wellness360 from:

  • App Store (iOS) - Link

  • Google Play Store (Android) - Link
    Once installed, sign in with your Wellness360 credentials.

12. How can I manually Track my Progress?

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to 'Exercise Tracker' on your dashboard.

  • Enter your activity details and duration.

13. How Can I Earn Reward Points?

  • Admins assign reward points for completing challenges and activities.

  • Points appear in notifications or announcements accordingly on your dashboard.

  • Completing milestones automatically adds points to your account.

14. How Can I Keep A Track Of My Earned Points?

  • Navigate to Points in your dashboard.

  • View details on earned points, remaining milestones, and redemption options.

  • Earned Points will reflect in your account within 48 hours.

15. What If I Miss an Event I Registered For?

No problem! However, it’s best to cancel in advance to allow others to participate, as some events have limited slots.

16. Can I Earn Points For an Event I Didn't Register For?

Yes! If you attend an event without prior registration, your participation will be logged. If points don’t appear within 5-7 days, Please contact the admin.

17. How Can I Protect The Privacy Of My Data?

  • All user data is protected under the Privacy Policy.

  • To adjust visibility, go to Settings > Privacy, update preferences, and save changes.
