Register From the Web Portal:
1. Click on the link sent by the program administrator to your registered email ID.
2. You will land on the home page of the web portal.
3. Click on ‘Register Now’.
4. Enter all the required details manually – First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Group Key (Company Code).
5. Click on the 'Next' Icon.
6. On the next page, enter your email ID, choose your password, and click on Sign Up.
7. Once you have signed up, you will be directed to the portal to complete the registration process.
8. While your DOB will appear automatically here from the previous page entry, you will have to enter your gender, your body weight, and your height. Click on 'Save'.
9. Your registration for the wellness program is now completed and you can start with your onboarding activities and wellness journey.
Note: If the last name and DOB are the same for more than one user, a new field to enter Employee ID will pop up to ensure a unique registration record for each user.
