Log in to the Wellness360 Web Portal.
Navigate to the "More" Menu
On the top navigation bar, click More, then select Nutrition Tracker from the dropdown menu.Select the Date
On the Nutrition Tracker page, choose the date for which you want to log your water intake. You can use the calendar to change the date and add the backdated log.Scroll to Water Log Section
Scroll down the page until you see the Water Log section on the right-hand side.Enter Quantity
In the Quantity field, enter the amount of water you consumed (for example, "1", "2", etc.).
βSelect Water Unit
From the Water Unit dropdown, select the appropriate unit (CUP, OZ, or ML).Save the Log
Click the SAVE LOG button to record your water intake.
