Spaces are community areas on Wellness360 where you can share updates, connect with colleagues, and engage with your wellness community.
Note: You can create and publish posts only if your employer has enabled posting permissions for you. If posting is not enabled, only admins can create posts.
Depending on your employer’s Space configuration, you may still be able to Like and Comment on posts. These interaction permissions are also controlled by the admin.
This article walks you through how to create a post.
Creating a Post in a Space
1. Open Spaces
From the main menu, go to the Social menu and click Spaces.
2. Join the Space
Open the Space you'd like to post in.
Then tap the Join Space button in the top right corner. You'll need to join a Space before you can post in it.
3. Create Your Post
Once you’ve joined the Space, the Share something widget will appear below the Activity tab. Click that to open the post creation slider.
Choose the type of post you want to create:
General Post – Share updates, thoughts, tips, or information with other members.
Example: “I completed my 30-day walking challenge! Feeling great and motivated to keep going.”Announcement – Share important updates or information that you want members to be aware of.
Example: “The annual health screening program is now open. Please complete your screening by September 30.”Highlight – Celebrate an achievement, milestone, member, or noteworthy moment.
Example: “Congratulations to everyone who completed the Wellness Challenge this month! 🎉”
Add Your Content
Enter the content you want to share in the description box.
Add an Image (Optional) - Attach an image to your post, if needed. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, and AVIF, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
4. Share Your Post
Review your post and click Post to share it with the Space. Once published, your post will appear in the Space’s feed for other members to see.
Likes and Comments
Other members can like and comment on your post, but only if your administrator has enabled these interactions for that Space. If you don't see likes or comments in a Space, it means they haven't been enabled there.
Having Trouble Posting?
