How an admin can get the Check-in code for an event?

This guide provides step-by-step points. After creating an event, administrators can handle Check-in's and provide it to the Participants.

After creating the Event you can get the Check-in code for that event and then provide it to the participants. The participants can use this Check-in codes to verify their participation and get points by using this code from the user portal.


Note: When creating an event, make sure that the Event Check-in option is enabled, which is already enabled by default.

1. Log in to the Admin Portal

  • Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.

  • Enter your credentials and click Login.

2. Go to Events

  • From the left-side menu, select Programs, then Events.

  • Locate the event you want to manage and click the 3 dots under Actions, then Preview.

3. Get CheckIn Code for Event Time Slots

  • In the Actions tab, click the 3 dots next to a time slot and choose Get CheckIn Code.

  • A new window will open with the unique CheckIn Code for each Event.

  • Please copy the given unique code and share it with the participants so that they can verify and get points for attending the Event.
