For your convenience, our comprehensive support portal offers solutions to many common issues encountered throughout the program. Simply browse the portal or search by keywords to find answers quickly.

If you can't find the answer you're looking for, or need more help, please reach out to your Wellness program administrator at your organization or our dedicated support team is also here to help. You can easily submit a support ticket through Our Portal, or reach out to us directly via email ([email protected]).

Contact via the support portal:

1. Open the Wellness360 Support page - Click here.

2. Click on 'Crate a ticket’ to raise a new ticket for an issue.

3. 'Submit' your ticket to the support team.

1. You can send an email to [email protected].

2. Your email should include the following details:

  • Your name

  • Company name

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Information about what you have already done to overcome the issue.

  • Any screenshots or attachments that are relevant to the issue.
