Samsung Health has recently stopped providing data directly to third-party applications. To continue accessing your Samsung Health data, you can use Health Connect as a bridge. First, connect Samsung Health to Health Connect, and then link Health Connect to Wellness360. This allows you to sync and access your health data seamlessly despite the policy change.
Step 1: Install Health Connect
Download the Health Connect app from the Google Play Store(ensure it's the latest version).
Confirm you are using version 1.0.23 or later since previous versions had syncing issues.
Step 2: Connect Samsung Health to Health Connect
Open the Samsung Health app.
Go to Settings (three-dot menu in the top-right corner).
Scroll down to find "Health Connect"
Tap on Health Connect, and grant access to the data you want to share (e.g., steps, activity, sleep). We recommend to click on "Allow All" and Allow.
Ensure Health Connect permissions are enabled to allow data sharing.
Step 3: Enable Health Connect in Wellness360.
Download the latest version of the Wellness360 app from the Google Play Store, if you haven't already installed it.
Log in with your credentials to the Wellness360 app.
From your dashboard, click on the More icon from the right bottom of the app.
Find Apps and Devices and click on it.
Find Health Connect and toggle it to green to enable it.
You’ll be prompted to allow Wellness360 to access data from Health Connect. Toggle on Allow all and Allow to proceed.
Step 4: Verify the Sync
Open the Wellness360 app and check if data from Samsung Health (like steps, activities, etc.) is reflected.
If the sync does not happen immediately, we would recommend you wait for a few hours to allow the sync to happen successfully.
