At times when users feel the need to change their first name or last name, they can do it from the user portal or the Wellness360 mobile app.
From the user portal:
1. Log into the user portal.
2. Navigate to ‘User Settings’ and click on ‘Settings’. In the ‘Personal Details’ section, find the ‘First Name’ or ‘Last Name’ option at the left under ‘Personal Information.’
4. Enter the name in the specific name field.
5. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom right of the page to update the changes.
From the Wellness360 mobile app:
1. Log into the Wellness360 mobile app.
2. Click the 'More' icon in the bottom right corner to open a pop-up menu. From there, navigate to the 'Settings' section.
3. Click on ‘My Account’
.
4. Enter the ‘First Name’ or ‘Last Name’ options in the specific name fields.
5. Click ‘Save' at the bottom of the page to update the information.
